1. What MyVibe Is

MyVibe is an AI-powered music playlist generator. You provide input (text, voice, image, or audio of a song) and our AI creates a personalized playlist of songs available on third-party music platforms (YouTube, YouTube Music, Deezer).

2. Your Account

You can use MyVibe as a guest or create an account. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MyVibe.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyVibe only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to harm, harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI system.
• Upload illegal, harmful, obscene, or offensive content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use MyVibe for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

4. Content and Music

MyVibe does not host, stream, or distribute music. We generate links to songs on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of songs on third-party platforms.
• Changes to third-party platform terms or availability.
• Copyright or licensing of music on those platforms.

5. Your Data

Your use of MyVibe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

MyVibe, including its design, code, AI models, and brand, is owned by MyVibe. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep MyVibe running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyVibe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
